Do I need to be techy to use AI?

No. If you can use email, you can use AI. The helpers are trained to work in plain English — you just tell them what you need, like you'd tell an employee.

What does AI actually do for a small business?

The same four jobs, over and over: following up with customers, writing content in your voice, keeping you organized, and doing research. An AI helper is a trained teammate that does one of those jobs for you.

Is AI going to replace my employees?

No. AI helpers handle the repetitive busywork — drafting, organizing, researching — so your people spend their hours on customers, not keyboards.

How much does it cost to get started?

Free. You can start with a free Muse account, and new accounts can claim 1 billion bonus tokens with the invite code 9HNARS (redeem within 48 hours of signing up). Live workshops start at $97 if you want help building your team.

What's an AI helper, exactly?

A trained AI teammate that does one job — follow-up, content, organizing, or research — in your voice, on your accounts. Start with one helper, not a whole team.

Meet your future AI helpers

A helper is a trained AI teammate that does one job — in your voice, on your accounts. You don't need a whole team. Start with one.

The Organizer

Keeps you straight. Sorts your inbox, tracks your to-dos, remembers what you told it last Tuesday. Like the assistant you always wished you had.

The Content Creator

Writes in your voice. Facebook posts, emails, ads, captions — a week of content in about 20 minutes, sounding like you on your best day.

The Researcher

Does your homework. Compares options, digs up answers, summarizes the long stuff — and hands you the short version with the important parts highlighted.

The Follow-Up Pro

Never lets a lead go cold. Drafts the check-in messages, reminds you who to call, and keeps the conversation going while you're busy working.

There are 12 helpers in the free library — plus a free 5-minute helper builder that walks you through your first one, step by step.
